Disappointed

I’ve had this app for a while and all of a sudden the sound of the alarm is on silent! I have done EVERYTHING to assure the sound is on but yet it still is on silent. Is this a way in to making people purchase the advanced alarm clock? I’m going to have to find an alarm that works.
